Boys & Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties

To enroll your child, log in below, update the member, parent/guardian and contact information first. When complete, select the “Enroll” tab. From the drop-down select the member’s name, the club name and 2021 Afterschool Membership then continue.

Any questions regarding the steps above, contact your local Club and speak with the Unit Director.
They will assist you with any questions regarding the registration process. Contact information for each club is located under the “Contact Us” tab.

Before registering, be aware that The Boys & Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties serves Boys and Girls Ages 6-18.

This Member Application Parent Portal (MAPP) is where you will complete the online portion of your child's enrollment. The MAPP User will need to be the legal parent or guardian of the child, the primary contact and the person financially responsible for the account.

If you already have a portal account, but are having difficulty logging in, please -Do Not- create another account. Contact your Club (Listed under the “Contact Us” tab) or our Admin Office at 386-734-0555 for assistance.

As a registered user of the  Membership Application Parent Portal (MAPP) you can:
    • Enroll your child(ren) in our services.
    • Set up and manage your own payment account and schedule.
    • Create and update your contact and your child's information
    • Add and edit your contacts including who can pick up your child.
    • View your account history.
    • Make credit/debit card payments.
    • Manage your credit/debit card information.
    • Manage your child(ren)'s involvement in our services.
    • Print your payment history for tax purposes.
The “Required Yearly” forms will need to be printed, filled out and signed every year at enrollment, unless
medical changes need updated.
The “One Time” forms, once signed and turned into the club, it will stay on file until revoked by parent/guardian
with an updated form submitted to the Director at the Club.

We suggest making all changes directly through the Parent Portal.
Contact your club director regarding special circumstances to submit the following forms in writing.
